ifference between Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese

Mozzarella cheese is served like powder while Cheddar cheese like triangle shape.

https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-Mozzarella-and-Cheddar-cheese
The simple answer is in the way these two cheese are produced. As cheese is made by adding rennet to milk to separates the curds from the whey, then the curds are turned into cheese. The way you treat the curds makes the cheese unique and different. Both cheddar and mozzarella cheese are cut and recooked a second time but mozzarella's curds are pressed, pulled and stretched to create it texture and is meant to be served fresh, not aged. Cheddar or cheddaring is the process of draining, stacking, and pressing the curds to achieve its unique flavor. It is name for a village in Somerset England where it was first produced. It is often aged or smoked and is most often off white or yellow, it may also appear orange do to the addition of annatto for its coloring and flavor traits. Basically cheddar is a crumbly cheese and mozzarella is a stringy cheese. But they are not regulated so they can be extremely different depending on who produces them.

Mozzarella cheese is fresh cheese that has just been made from curdling milk and separating the curd from the whey.  The cheese curds are then pressed, pulled and stretched with saltwater to produce a fresh, delicious mozzarella.  Cheddar cheese (along with many other types of cheese) is cheese that has been aged.  Depending on the aging process, the cheese gains certain flavors and takes on certain properties once it has been treated and allowed to sit.  Some cheeses simply sit in the open air and are allowed to mold on the outside.  Others are bandaged with wax or gauze so that the aging process is a little more controlled.  Some are made with goats milk, some with cows milk...  If you're interested in making your own cheese, you can find the simple process for making mozzarella with a quick google search.  The same can be said about other types of cheese like Brie and Colby Jack.

cold coffee, float, milk shakes, mojita, iced lemon tea - what do they mean?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iced_coffee
Iced coffee is a type of coffee served cold, brewed various brewing methods, with the fundamental division being cold brew – brewing the coffee cold, yielding different flavor, but not requiring cooling – or brewing hot and then cooling, generally by simply pouring over ice or into ice cold milk. In case of hot brewing this can be normally brewed coffee (drip, press pot, etc.), or espresso. Also in hot brewing, sweeteners and flavorings are often mixed into the hot coffee before cooling, due to faster dissolution in hot water. Alternatively, syrup (sugar pre-dissolved in water) may be used, particularly gum syrup.
Regardless of brewing method, iced coffee is generally brewed at a higher strength than normal coffee, due to the dilution caused by the ice. In Greece, it may be called Frappe.

@Cold brew means brewing in normal temperature or cold without using hot water. /@ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_coffee_drinks#Cold_brewBecause the ground coffee beans in cold-brewed coffee never come into contact with heated water, the process of leaching flavor from the beans produces a chemical profile different from conventional brewing methods.[10][11] Coffee beans contain a number of constituent parts that are more soluble at higher temperatures, such as caffeine, oils and fatty acids. Brewing at a lower temperature results in lower acidity and lower caffeine content when brewed in equal volume.[12][13] It is around 65 to 70 percent less acidic than hot drip coffee or espresso, per part.[10]

India>>Iced coffee in India usually consists of instant coffee mixed with cold/frozen milk in a blender, producing a thin, coffee-flavored smoothie or often mixed with vanilla ice cream for thicker consistency.

Follow your passion, quit the job you hate: The missing link in self help or personal development literature

Definitely the best option is to follow your passion, so quit your job that you hate. However the majority of the people get stuck in what circumstances force them to do. Well, they may be more pumped with self help motivation, but even then many could not get the courage to follow the path of passion. So what these people should do? Almost no personal development literature shed light on it. So here goes my take after going through the similar situation in my life.

Well, sometimes you don’t know whether you like it or not until you directly get involved. So if you find that it’s not your passion, then the best suggestion is to quit immediately you realize it.
But due to circumstances many people could not do it. So in such case my suggestion is that within 6 months if you realize that it’s not your passion, take next 6 months to quit from it. However, sometimes the full cycle of any work is completed in a year. So you may take a year and then you feel its not your thing, quit gradually in the next 6 months to 1 year, the earlier you quit the better.
But after 2 years if you could not quit due to different obligations or mental blocks, forget about quitting. Now put your best effort within your comfort zone to excel in that job, not over 20 percent side work for your passion in free time. And this way you may keep on average as you don’t  like that work after much effort most people will come into average on that. This way you will be inline with that job. Better if you could go beyond comfort zone to excel in that job, then you may enter to the top performer of that job. However, it might happen that even with your best effort, you lag behind the average. Well then management may release you or may put in better in line positin for you as you have shown your best effort. But don’t put up with any plan for quitting, if you could quit instantly if you feel so then do it. But no thinking and planning for quitting.

On the other note, there may be a few people who may take the current role as a stepping stone and meticulously move toward their passion. But for the majority of the people it does not work. So be careful about it. If you feel that it’s not your thing, then you do not put your comfort zone level best effort and daydreaming about quitting but could not actually quit[in the previous 2 years , you could not take the courage to quit, so don’t fool yourself. ]. This way you do lower than average performance in your current job, feel depressed but could not quit. While the management may not discard in humanitarian ground as you have been here for a while and just make the minimalist requirement of the job. Actually I did this wrong in my higher study and job career by daydreaming quitting but never quit while just putting bare minimum to keep going on those higher study and job, and now have been suffering. In my undergrad life, I put my level best within my comfort zone and just managed to get a middle ranking result. But I don’t have regret for that as I put my level best within comfort zone. However I feel that if I could put more than comfort zone, then I might be able to do better.

This stuck guideline is applicable to any age, however in the earlier age if one could take the decision quickly that would be most beneficial and coaching should be provided in this regard to the young people.

In life time is the most important one, then comes Health. Then your knowledge and skill. So make sure to sue the time, keep health and building updated skill.

Water was once free now you need to buy it

Water was once free
++

The provision of clean water to industrialised cities was one of the great social accomplishments of modernity, massively reducing the urban death rate. In the 19th century, the free drinking fountain reflected that sense of achievement: itself, both a useful service and a public monument, an ostentatious celebration of society’s ability to supply the basic necessities of life.

By 1930, bottled water was perceived as a symbol of backwardness, since it suggested your house or workplace hadn’t been connected to the public supply.
