how to beat procrastination in easy 3+ steps: Procrastination busters



Schdule must but flexible:Write whatever schedule and you could always change – that works wonder. Your pleasure self might not want to change if already written. To make it more effective, you may put on the condition that any slot of 10 times may be changed instantly but the scheduled thing should be done for atleast 1 minute out of that 10 minute slot - it may called 1 minute hurdle! You may take it further like 4 minutes hurdle.It may be called temptation bundling like you do the exercise in the gym while viewing a movie in front of your treadmill.

Jump in front of tasks with all required material: When you are a situation of temptation, its difficult to resist with lots of self control. This you may apply to task you want to procrastinate. Just say you will be on the situation then doing or not doing you may consider. And if done you would do the most laziest way. Reaching is like When and where, how would be later decided or may be not done.

Tiny babys steps: Steps are useful. Everyday you may try to go up one stair whatever minute it may be. It is better than doing nothing for long time and hoping for one big jump one some day. Usually its difficult for humanbeings to jump for one big day. Past experience of the writer also suggests that gradual things work like you want to sing on the stage then first do so in youtube and forward to your friends. Finally you may go for on stage performance.

Methods and Technology usage to move fast: Since it is not possible to avoid steps, but it is possible to go through the steps quicker, using less effort and some other things. So whenever possible, do things smart way like using methods and technology.

Conservation of time plan: if you use alloted time for fun thing the time alloted for fun activites in the other part of the day would be reduced that amount. Better woudl be if you could conserve it for 30 minutes block. If you use 4 minutes hurdle and one third fun or free time, every 4 minutes instant change you get 5 minutes reduced from 10 minutes fun time.
