ifference between Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese

Mozzarella cheese is served like powder while Cheddar cheese like triangle shape.

https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-Mozzarella-and-Cheddar-cheese
The simple answer is in the way these two cheese are produced. As cheese is made by adding rennet to milk to separates the curds from the whey, then the curds are turned into cheese. The way you treat the curds makes the cheese unique and different. Both cheddar and mozzarella cheese are cut and recooked a second time but mozzarella's curds are pressed, pulled and stretched to create it texture and is meant to be served fresh, not aged. Cheddar or cheddaring is the process of draining, stacking, and pressing the curds to achieve its unique flavor. It is name for a village in Somerset England where it was first produced. It is often aged or smoked and is most often off white or yellow, it may also appear orange do to the addition of annatto for its coloring and flavor traits. Basically cheddar is a crumbly cheese and mozzarella is a stringy cheese. But they are not regulated so they can be extremely different depending on who produces them.

Mozzarella cheese is fresh cheese that has just been made from curdling milk and separating the curd from the whey.  The cheese curds are then pressed, pulled and stretched with saltwater to produce a fresh, delicious mozzarella.  Cheddar cheese (along with many other types of cheese) is cheese that has been aged.  Depending on the aging process, the cheese gains certain flavors and takes on certain properties once it has been treated and allowed to sit.  Some cheeses simply sit in the open air and are allowed to mold on the outside.  Others are bandaged with wax or gauze so that the aging process is a little more controlled.  Some are made with goats milk, some with cows milk...  If you're interested in making your own cheese, you can find the simple process for making mozzarella with a quick google search.  The same can be said about other types of cheese like Brie and Colby Jack.

cold coffee, float, milk shakes, mojita, iced lemon tea - what do they mean?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iced_coffee
Iced coffee is a type of coffee served cold, brewed various brewing methods, with the fundamental division being cold brew – brewing the coffee cold, yielding different flavor, but not requiring cooling – or brewing hot and then cooling, generally by simply pouring over ice or into ice cold milk. In case of hot brewing this can be normally brewed coffee (drip, press pot, etc.), or espresso. Also in hot brewing, sweeteners and flavorings are often mixed into the hot coffee before cooling, due to faster dissolution in hot water. Alternatively, syrup (sugar pre-dissolved in water) may be used, particularly gum syrup.
Regardless of brewing method, iced coffee is generally brewed at a higher strength than normal coffee, due to the dilution caused by the ice. In Greece, it may be called Frappe.

@Cold brew means brewing in normal temperature or cold without using hot water. /@ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_coffee_drinks#Cold_brewBecause the ground coffee beans in cold-brewed coffee never come into contact with heated water, the process of leaching flavor from the beans produces a chemical profile different from conventional brewing methods.[10][11] Coffee beans contain a number of constituent parts that are more soluble at higher temperatures, such as caffeine, oils and fatty acids. Brewing at a lower temperature results in lower acidity and lower caffeine content when brewed in equal volume.[12][13] It is around 65 to 70 percent less acidic than hot drip coffee or espresso, per part.[10]

India>>Iced coffee in India usually consists of instant coffee mixed with cold/frozen milk in a blender, producing a thin, coffee-flavored smoothie or often mixed with vanilla ice cream for thicker consistency.

A mocktail is also called a «virgin cocktail». It’s similar to a cocktail, but it doesn’t have any alcohol and hence has a different flavour too. These are typically only attempted for very fruity cocktails, as they still have some flavour without the spirit

Follow your passion, quit the job you hate: The missing link in self help or personal development literature

Definitely the best option is to follow your passion, so quit your job that you hate. However the majority of the people get stuck in what circumstances force them to do. Well, they may be more pumped with self help motivation, but even then many could not get the courage to follow the path of passion. So what these people should do? Almost no personal development literature shed light on it. So here goes my take after going through the similar situation in my life.

Well, sometimes you don’t know whether you like it or not until you directly get involved. So if you find that it’s not your passion, then the best suggestion is to quit immediately you realize it.
But due to circumstances many people could not do it. So in such case my suggestion is that within 6 months if you realize that it’s not your passion, take next 6 months to quit from it. However, sometimes the full cycle of any work is completed in a year. So you may take a year and then you feel its not your thing, quit gradually in the next 6 months to 1 year, the earlier you quit the better.
But after 2 years if you could not quit due to different obligations or mental blocks, forget about quitting. Now put your best effort within your comfort zone to excel in that job, not over 20 percent side work for your passion in free time. And this way you may keep on average as you don’t  like that work after much effort most people will come into average on that. This way you will be inline with that job. Better if you could go beyond comfort zone to excel in that job, then you may enter to the top performer of that job. However, it might happen that even with your best effort, you lag behind the average. Well then management may release you or may put in better in line positin for you as you have shown your best effort. But don’t put up with any plan for quitting, if you could quit instantly if you feel so then do it. But no thinking and planning for quitting.

On the other note, there may be a few people who may take the current role as a stepping stone and meticulously move toward their passion. But for the majority of the people it does not work. So be careful about it. If you feel that it’s not your thing, then you do not put your comfort zone level best effort and daydreaming about quitting but could not actually quit[in the previous 2 years , you could not take the courage to quit, so don’t fool yourself. ]. This way you do lower than average performance in your current job, feel depressed but could not quit. While the management may not discard in humanitarian ground as you have been here for a while and just make the minimalist requirement of the job. Actually I did this wrong in my higher study and job career by daydreaming quitting but never quit while just putting bare minimum to keep going on those higher study and job, and now have been suffering. In my undergrad life, I put my level best within my comfort zone and just managed to get a middle ranking result. But I don’t have regret for that as I put my level best within comfort zone. However I feel that if I could put more than comfort zone, then I might be able to do better.

This stuck guideline is applicable to any age, however in the earlier age if one could take the decision quickly that would be most beneficial and coaching should be provided in this regard to the young people.

In life time is the most important one, then comes Health. Then your knowledge and skill. So make sure to sue the time, keep health and building updated skill.

Water was once free now you need to buy it

Water was once free
++

The provision of clean water to industrialised cities was one of the great social accomplishments of modernity, massively reducing the urban death rate. In the 19th century, the free drinking fountain reflected that sense of achievement: itself, both a useful service and a public monument, an ostentatious celebration of society’s ability to supply the basic necessities of life.

By 1930, bottled water was perceived as a symbol of backwardness, since it suggested your house or workplace hadn’t been connected to the public supply.

Are you still annoyed by looking for the toilet when you are shopping in the mall, walking down the street, or on your way to do business (pun unintended)?

China is now at your fingertips with a cool app -- "Toilet Sharing (????)." Registered users choose to share their bathroom and make city-living easier.

Looie, a new app servicing user-pays toilets, is making a splash. As bottled water did to drinking fountains, are free amenities destined to fight a rearguard action?
https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2015/aug/21/like-uber-for-toilets-how-the-sharing-economy-forces-a-movement-towards-privatisation

Looie: it’s like Uber, but for bodily functions. Looie is a new app that promises you access (for a fee, naturally) to private bathrooms, all of which have been certified for hygiene and cleanliness.

To keep the public out of its privies, rail magnates took to restricting access, first with a key and later via coin-operated locks. The technology quickly spread, as other corporations seized the chance to make big money from the littlest room.

Gordon estimates that, by 1970, America had over 50,000 pay toilets, scattered throughout airports, bus depots and other public places.

When the private toilet owners defended their businesses, they did so in terms that implicitly echoed Ceptia’s sense of what was at stake. In Chicago, store owners called charging for toilets “a constitutional right”; Nik-O-Lok and American Coil Lock Company (the two biggest manufacturers of toilet door mechanisms) claimed that their products “discourage drug addicts, homosexuals, muggers and just plain hippies from haunting public restrooms”.

Lack of planning causes procrastination

http://calnewport.com/blog/2011/07/10/the-procrastinating-caveman-what-human-evolution-teaches-us-about-why-we-put-off-work-and-how-to-stop/
This perspective also helps us cope with procrastination beyond graduation. Why do we delay on ambitious projects that could change our life for the better? The common explanation from the blogosphere is because we’re afraid of failure and lack courage.

The evolutionary perspective on procrastination, by contrast, says we delay because our frontal lobe doesn’t see a convincing plan behind our aspiration. The solution, therefore, is not to muster the courage to blindly charge ahead, but to instead accept what our brain is telling us: our plans need more hard work invested before they’re ready.

For now, I want to leave you with the general idea that procrastination is not your enemy. It is instead a constructive source of criticism — a voice from our paleolithic past telling us that although it likes our goals, we need to put a little bit more thought into how we’re going to get there.

If this warning system was good enough to prevent mammoth trampling, it’s certainly good enough to help you finish your term paper without pulling an all-nighter.

I introduced a dubious evolutionary explanation for an otherwise very real phenomenon: procrastination, in my experience, is not a character flaw, but instead evidence that you don’t have a believable plan for succeeding at what you’re trying to do.

http://calnewport.com/blog/2011/07/15/how-to-cure-deep-procrastination/
“Because that’s what you’re supposed to do,” the rational brain responds.

But the ancient brain doesn’t do well with abstract societal values, which are a recent addition to humankind on the scale of evolutionary time. One way to understand deep procrastination, therefore, is as a rejection of an ambiguous, abstract answer to the key question of why you’re going through the mental strain required by the college experience.

And this is where the problem occurs.
http://calnewport.com/blog/2011/07/15/how-to-cure-deep-procrastination/

My experience has revealed that there are two types of procrastination. The first, which I’ll call light procrastination, is the standard resistance to shutting down e-mail or turning off the TV that we all feel. I’ve posted before on hacking this issue; simple tricks, like working according to a regular schedule, starting early rather than late, and keeping yourself well-fed.
http://calnewport.com/blog/2008/07/14/monday-master-class-stop-procrastinating-by-making-it-easier-to-procrastinate/

The real monster, however, is what I call deep procrastination. This is a state, reached by an alarming number of students, in which the pressure of starting at the absolute last minute becomes necessary to motivate any work. Students who suffer from deep procrastination pull frequent all-nighters and are often found begging for extensions on assignments they couldn’t bring themselves to begin before the deadline.

audio Quick Repsonse(QR) code used by Tez Google in India and NFC by apple iphone

https://www.theverge.com/2017/1/26/14398250/audio-over-data-chirp-iot-internet-of-things
With the Indian bus service Shuttl, for example, using audio for contactless ticketing means the app
https://ride.shuttl.com/
can be used even by customers who don’t have NFC or Bluetooth-enabled phones.

NFC stands for Near-Field Communication  and used in Apple iphon's i pay that could detect a phone withiin 4 inhces. so security well.

Tez india by Google
https://tez.google.com/

Pay nearby

Use Cash Mode to send money instantly to another Tez user nearby without needing to share private details like your bank account or phone number. Now you can transact with the simplicity of cash, but with added security.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKRlDU9sw18

Cash Mode is the most talked feature of Google Tez app. And it is perhaps the best feature too. Because it lets you make payments in only a couple of taps. All other things on the app are almost the same as other UPI apps. But cash mode is what makes Tez a unique UPI app
https://upipayments.co.in/google-tez-cash-mode-payments/

Google has introduced its Audio QR technology with Tez app. In Audio QR, one device communicates with other using audio signals. And this is the same case with Tez app. When you use cash mode, the device transmits ultrasound signals using the speaker. And the another device receives and reads these signals to identify the sender of these signals.

Steps to make payments using cash mode.

Launch the Tez app and log into it using the unlock method you have set.
Now swipe up the big white button at the middle that has Tez logo on it.
Tell the recipient to swipe down the same button on his/her phone.
After swiping, wait for 5-10 seconds until your phone reads the signals transmitted by recipient’s phone.
When your phone successfully reads the signals, it will take you the payments page.
Enter the amount and details of the payment and tap proceed to pay button.
Enter your UPI PIN and done. Your payment is now completed. Wasn’t it fast and easy?
The payer may ask your Google account name to confirm the account. Tell him/her your account name. When you receive the payment, the app will take you out of the cash mode automatically. You may also receive a notification about the payment completion.

https://www.theverge.com/2017/9/18/16325004/tez-google-india-audio-qr-cash-payments
Cash Mode works with any phone with a mic and speaker and Tez app installed, and doesn’t require an NFC chip. Google’s Audio QR technology is similar to Chirp, which also sends data encoded in ultrasonic audio.

https://www.theverge.com/2017/1/26/14398250/audio-over-data-chirp-iot-internet-of-things
Sending data encoded in audio has some unique advantages (and disadvantages)

It’s an engaging idea, sending data via audio, but using sound to do the job of Bluetooth or NFC comes with a unique set of pros and cons.

What is NFC?
https://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/nfc-explained/

NFC stands for Near-Field Communication and allows phones, tablets, and laptops to share data with other NFC-equipped devices. The technology evolved from radio-frequency identification (RFID) tech. RFID is behind those security scan cards that get you into the office every day or bypass that tollbooth on your morning commute.

NFC is very much like RFID, but NFC is limited to communication within about four inches, which is why you have to hold your phone so close to the contactless reader if you’re using Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. Most people consider NFC’s small radius a major security benefit and it’s one of the reasons that NFC is taking off as a secure alternative to credit cards. The technology can be used for more than making purchases at Bloomingdales, however. NFC can transfer data like videos, contact information, and photos between two NFC-enabled devices.

The company now runs 450 air-conditioned buses that ply along 75 routes connecting areas across Delhi. It offers some 20,000 rides a day from 300 pick-up points. Passengers must book seats on the company’s app, paying between Rs50 (80 cents) and Rs80 ($1.2), depending on the route. There are also daily and monthly plans, priced between Rs250 ($3.8) and Rs2,000 ($31).

And all this has resonated with customers: Seats are often sold out 24 hours in advance, thanks to the large client base Shuttl has already built.

Men's gaze and Men's Hijab in Islam

mens gaze or Men's Hizab Hijab
try and avoid going to places where there will be sights we should not see, if we are able to. For example, if there is no need to go to the mall, it is best to avoid going there in the first place.

However, there are instances where that is impractical, like being in a workplace with non-Muslims, for example. Some of them might be wearing clothes that are not particularly modest. You cannot avoid the place you work in. So, what do you do? In such a situation, we should avoid their unnecessary company whenever possible (e.g. during lunch breaks).
http://productivemuslim.com/6-tips-to-help-lower-your-gaze/

Skin cancer and protection analogy
https://www.soundvision.com/article/jihad-of-the-eyes-protect-your-eyes-this-summer

http://aboutislam.net/counseling/ask-about-islam/lower-gaze-talking-women/
Assalamu Alaikum, I want to ask about the dressing style of women. I am from India. Here, Sarees and Churidas are the traditional dresses of women. In this dressing style, the dresses doesn't cover the arms and neck completely. According to Islamic tradition the neck and arms are parts of a women’s Awrah. If I have to talk to a woman in my company, I have to look at the woman. So sometimes when I looking at the woman, my look falls to their arms and neck accidentally. Is this a sin? None can talk to someone without looking at them. When I ask this question to someone, they said to lower your gaze. How can I do it. Because everyone has to look at the others to talk. What can I do?

You will have to learn to maneuver your gaze whilst women are talking to you, and while you are talking to them. This is the only tool that a Muslim man has at his disposal, which he can effectively put between himself and all non-mahrum women, because unfortunately, the majority of the women in the world today do not observe adequate Shari` hijab.

Many practicing Muslim men, especially those in leadership positions such as shuyookh and imams, talk to women, but they do so in such a manner that even though the lady is standing right in front of them, they do not look at her directly.

Or at the very least, they only look at her intermittently during the conversation, in order to make her feel respectfully engaged, but they do so whilst regularly breaking off eye contact with her and averting their gaze.

The way to do that is to direct your eyes towards the woman’s side, the floor, or behind her in the distance, so that even though she is right in front of you and addressing you, you do not look at her face or any body part directly or intently.

With practice, men can get better at talking to women normally and with dignity, but with their gaze averted away from the women’s physical form entirely.

Even though the lack of eye contact might seem to be a barrier to your communication with women in the beginning, over time, insha’Allah, you will get the hang of it and master the skill, with Allah’s help.

Just imagine this: blind people talk to others too, don’t they? They are able to verbally get their point across without needing to look at their addressee whilst talking.

Their addressees also interprets what they are saying without the need to have direct eye contact.

You could also communicate with female colleagues more in writing than in person, and attend meetings whilst avoiding sitting face-to-face with women.

indoor walking exercise

indoor walking exercise

An example of an indoor circuit would be:

Walk to kitchen and do 10 push ups against the counter.
Walk to the living room and do 10 squats to couch.
Walk to the bedroom and do 10 crunches on the bed.
Walk to the front door and do 10 jumping jacks.
Walk around the house a few times, and then start the circuit again.
https://www.fitwatch.com/blog/6-great-tips-for-walking-indoors-in-the-winter

Both high and moderate intensity walking has been proven to be just as beneficial as any aerobic fitness workout. Low intensity walking describes walking at 45-55% of your highest heart rate, and you would need to walk 5-7 days each week for best results. But, if you walk at a high intensity

level, which would be 65-75% of highest heart rate, you can achieve the same results in as little as 3 days a week.

Regular walking can lower the risk for many diseases, like cancer, diabetes and glaucoma.
It has been proven that those who walk regularly live longer than those who lead less active lives.
Moderate intensity walking is believed to boost your immune system. This is another reason that walking is so important in winter!

Uber-like app HandyHome that connects users with brands’ authorised service centers.
https://www.techinasia.com/india-handyhomes-growth-story
When Ahmedabad resident Harmin Shah moved to Mumbai last year, the AC at his rented apartment kept giving trouble. The local repairers couldn’t fix it because they aren’t equipped to keep up with the growing complexities and sophistication of electronic appliances. Shah had to seek help from an authorised professional which involved calling and listening to an annoying series of dialer notes before booking a visit and then waiting three days for help.

So now when the fridge decides it’s too cool to be cool on the day there is a party and a fridge full of drinks, you can go to Handyhome, select the appliance, brand, and sub-category (for example, single/double door) from a drop down menu and fill in personal details. Then you can schedule the service at a time that is convenient for you. The app also stores all the bills of electronic appliances.

“Finding an electronic repairer by asking neighbors, using the phone book, or googling them is so 2014. With HandyHome, it is a simple ‘click it to fix it’ theory which requires a smartphone and a couple of buttons,” says Harmin.

After a month of haggling with brands the founder realised that each call made in the service centre for a complain/request costs INR 20-25 (US$0.30) including salaries, and other overheads. The brands could save on these costs with the app and can also boost after sales revenue.

Google Maps Gets Real-Time Bus Information in India, Starting With Kolkata
Manish Singh, 24 July 2017
https://gadgets.ndtv.com/apps/news/google-maps-india-real-time-bus-information-kolkata-transit-1728521

The announcement, albeit only available in a select place, comes as Google continues to introduce new mapping capabilities to serve the local market. Earlier this month, Google Maps began to tell people the best time to travel to their usual destinations. Last month, Google began showing information for Mumbai metro trains on Maps. Late last year, Google also introduced a new feature in Google Maps that allows people in select regions in India to find public washrooms.

The new Google Transit feature, for which Google has partnered with West Bengal Transport Corporation (WBTC), will enable people in Kolkata to get real-time updated information for key WBTC transit routes, the company said, adding it intends to include other routes in the future. No word on how soon can we expect Maps to include real-time bus information of other regions in India, however.

Commuters in Kolkata will be able to get information such as when a bus to their desired destination will arrive at their stop, and how long the commute could take. People will also be able to check the arrival time for the next bus The new feature is available on both Android and iOS apps of Google Maps, and users can also find such information through a search on Google if they looked up for a particular bus stop, and tapped on the name and the listed bus numbers.

https://www.indiatoday.in/technology/features/story/indian-buses-are-never-on-time-so-google-is-trying-to-track-them-in-real-time-1050001-2017-09-22
Although tracking buses in real time in a city like London is fairly easy to do because the relevant data is available, in India it's not so simple. Most transport bodies don't even have the data that Google needs for real-time bus tracking.

Fortunately, this has beginning to change. "Earlier even the bus authorities didn't have capability to track the buses. But then they realised that it was in their own interest to put GPS in buses and track them," says a Google executive part of the Maps team in India.

We face increasing expectations from our users... We want the Maps to be relevant to you. Now we don't just want to map the world. We want to map your world

Among the agencies that track the buses in real-time is WBTC. And it sees the value in making that data available to Google Maps team. "By sharing the real-time transit information of our buses with Google Maps, we are striving to deliver an enhanced level of service for our commuters," said Narayan Swaroop Nigam, Managing Director of WBTC, as he announced the availability of the tracking service in July.

has improved the way it tracks temporary road closures -- "now in 3 to 4 hours Google knows if a road has been temporarily closed -- and has moved to add support for regional languages. The Maps now allows users to see the status of cab services like Ola, Uber and Meru and lets people compare fare.

Google has also gradually started adding more contextual information to the Maps. It now adds information related to a planned public celebrations that may disrupt traffic, such as Ganesha procession. Some people want to be part of public celebrations. They can now see the details of the celebrations in the Google Maps. Some people want to avoid traffic disruptions due to celebrations, they too can follow the Google Maps.

Then there are other bits of local information. Google Maps now shows the nearest toilet, which is part of the company's collaboration with government of India for Swachh Bharat mission. And of late it is showing meeting points for India-wide march that Nobel prize winner Kailash Satyarthi has launched to raise awareness against abuse and harassment of children.

The term disruptive innovation was coined by Joseph L. Bower and Clayton Christensen in 1995 and referred to the innovation-driven-growth. A disruptive innovative company is one which creates a new market or transforms an existing market and displaces established market leaders, products, and alliances by introducing simplicity, convenience, accessibility and affordability where complication and high cost are the existing state of affairs.

We’ve seen the rise of many disruptors like Uber, Airbnb, and Oyo which grew on capitalizing the basic needs, wants, and desires of the customers which were earlier ignored and unserved by the market leaders operating in these sectors for decades.

Users buy these from Oyo Rooms at a predetermined price. (revenue)

The company doesn’t charge anything for its core functions and only asks its users to ‘support the application’ by buying the monthly subscription plan.

Freemium
++
The freemium model capitalizes on the zero price point paradox which states that to maximize participation, a zero price point can’t be a beat. However, people don’t value things they get for free. Therefore, to get people to value the product, they should pay something for it. This gave rise to the characteristic feature of freemium services – micropayments. A micropayment is a very small amount of payment you pay to buy specific services provided in the freemium business model.
https://www.feedough.com/freemium-business-model/

Freemium business model depends hugely on a business phenomenon known as the network effect. The network effect states that a good or service becomes more valuable when more people use it. Precisely, more the usage of the product or the service, more is its value. Tinder wouldn’t have been a revolutionary dating platform if it didn’t have users you can swipe right or left.
