South African National congress have national working committe thatis a smaller one like with 19 perosns and have president,secetc.


@so general members confeence usually the highest body. Then an elected consultation body usually coverign representives of different regions, responsible persons from different functions and the no of members of this consultation body may be several hundress but usually should be less than five hundred, in the larger extent less than a thousand.

Then there should be smaller body less than 17 members to run day to day business. Sometimes it is caleld executive committee,sometimes workign committee.

There may be other committes at diffrent namees to accomodate diferent persons.

There may be an apex small committee of decision making consultation , it may be called core committee, super committee, presidium, standing committee, politbureau etc.
